Let us guide you through the renewal process!

Step 1

Prepare for Renewal

Let's cover everything you need to have ready for renewal, and how to access MyScouts.

Step 2

Renew Each Youth

In this step you'll select the youth(s) you would like to renew for 2025, and validate the section they belong to.

Step 3

Accept Agreements

You'll have the option to indiciate volunteer roles, and will need to accept the various agreements.

Step 4

Complete Payment

Complete your payment for the youth(s) 2025 Scouting membership, and print your receipt.

Let’s start the process! Firstly we’ll walk you through how to choose your youth for renewal.

Select Your Youth

You’ll see yourself and any registered youth on this page.

If you have multiple youth, we’ll start the renewal process with just one right now.

Next to their name will be a “Not Registered” status, which refers to the 2025 Scouting year, alongside the section they are in.

Validate Their Section

The “Select Group” page will pre-populate with the 1st Carp section they will be entering in September.

It may be the same section that they were in last year, or their new one if they’ve moved up from Beavers to Cubs, Cubs to Scouts, etc.

Confirm their details and ensure that 1st Carp has been selected; if changes are needed, you can reach out to the registrar afterwards.

Repeat for Additional youth

Have more than one youth in Scouting?

Now’s the time to repeat the Sign Up process with them, and re-confirm their section.

Continue to the next Step

Once you’ve confirmed all your youth, scroll down and click on the “Continue” button.
